These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products or services made through any website operated by Brownstone Brands LLC or its brand divisions (such as Emmah Coffee). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products & Pricing
We offer artisan, premium products. We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are entirely error-free. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Orders & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was collected.

Shipping
All orders are subject to product availability and verification. Shipping times, costs, and destinations are outlined in our separate [Shipping Policy]. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of many of our products (such as coffee), our return policy is strict to ensure quality and safety:

  • Eligible Returns: We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery only for unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for any opened, used, partially consumed, or customized products. This includes, but is not limited to, opened bags of coffee or tea, or used merchandise.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
