Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy outlines the handling and delivery for our current sample offering and any future product orders placed through Brownstone Brands LLC or its brand properties (e.g., Emmah Coffee).

1. Current Sample Shipments

  • Processing Time: Sample packs are prepared and dispatched on a case-by-case basis following the confirmation of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and partnership inquiry. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing after all formalities are completed.

  • Shipping Method & Destination: Samples are shipped internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service) or an equivalent courier from our operational headquarters in Shanghai, China.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days to most international destinations, including the United States. Please note: This is an estimate. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen logistical delays.

  • Shipping Costs & Tracking: Shipping costs for samples are either included in the sample fee or arranged separately as part of the collaboration discussion. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your sample has been dispatched.

2. Future Standard Orders (For Reference ONLY)
Upon our official market launch and establishment of U.S. inventory, the following standard policy will apply:

  • Destinations: We will ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • Processing & Delivery: Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Standard ground delivery will typically take 3-7 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping charges will apply unless a free shipping promotion is explicitly advertised.

3. Order Issues (订单问题)

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your provided shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for samples lost due to an incorrect address.

  • Customs & Duties: For international sample shipments, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping costs.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay or issue, please contact your local postal service first. For unresolved problems, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
